You deserve a life worth living. A life where you feel able to prioritize yourself without compromise. Confident and capable in managing your interpersonal relationships, past traumas, career or life changes.
It can be a daunting task to share experiences and challenge your own perspective. My goal is to make this hard work, the most courageous and empowering step of your life by ensuring you feel heard, understood, and secure in your own abilities to move forward.
With nearly a decade of experience, clients from all walks of life have entrusted me as a passenger on their emotional rollercoaster. It’s been an honor to support them in guiding themselves and when we work together, I’m determined to do the same for you.

I believe therapy begins with a breath—a simple pause and a place where you can finally set down what you’ve been carrying and know you don’t have to hold it all alone. So often, we move through the world with quiet burdens, hidden stories, and parts of ourselves that long to be seen.
My hope is that in our work together, you find a space where those parts can come forward with gentleness and care.
We are each shaped by many layers: the cultures we come from, the families who raised us, the communities we belong to, and the life experiences that have left their mark. These layers hold both pain and resilience, and I approach each client with deep respect for the strength it takes to live within them. I want to see you not through a narrow lens, but as the whole, complex, and evolving person that you are.

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rider University. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating challenges such as trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.
I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, validated, and even able to laugh while doing the hard work of healing. I believe therapy should be empowering, so I focus on making sure you feel heard and encouraged to grow at your own pace.
My approach is supportive and down-to-earth, guided by the belief that “you can’t pour from an empty cup”—therapy is a chance to start refilling yours.

Before pursuing counseling, I worked directly with children and families in their homes, helping them navigate challenges together. These early experiences continue to shape my counseling work, giving me a deep appreciation for the ways family dynamics and early relationships influence how people grow and connect.
My style is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate. I especially value creating a space where children, parents, and caregivers feel supported in making sense of patterns, healing from past wounds, and building stronger relationships. My goal is to help people cultivate greater awareness, choice, and intentional connection in their lives.
